Lia Tomashof (b. 1996) is a designer working across product, furniture,
and exhibition design. Her practice is rooted in material-led thinking and
an interest in the playful and educational qualities of everyday objects. Alongside product development, she has experience in spatial contexts, shaping environments that encourage interaction. Her work consistently leans toward social design, exploring how design can support shared experiences and everyday use.

Lia holds a B.Des in Industrial Design from Shenkar College and a Master’s in Product Design from ECAL in Lausanne. During her studies, she worked on projects in collaboration under designers including BIG-GAME, Industrial Facility, Philippe Malouin, Christophe Guberan, Maxwell Ashford, Tomas Alonso, Anniina Koivu and Brynjar Sigurðarson. 

She completed her diploma project under the supervision 
of Erwan Bouroullec and Camille Blin.

Her experience spans furniture, home appliance, medical, technology, and home décor projects, alongside exhibition design and spatial contexts.

Exhibited in Milan, Copenhagen, Lausanne, 
Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
